Lily: A Beagle with a Big Heart
Lily is a “lemon beagle” – a term that refers to her light-colored, distinctive fur. I didn’t know she was a lemon beagle when I first met her, but it didn’t matter. From the moment I picked her up and felt her nuzzle against my neck, I knew she was meant to be part of our family. Her gentle spirit and loving nature won us over instantly.
Since that day, Lily has been more than just a pet; she’s been our loyal sidekick at the shop. With long days at work, I couldn’t imagine leaving her at home. Every morning, I excitedly say, “Let’s go to work!” and Lily responds with boundless enthusiasm, ready to join in for another day of adventure.
At the shop, Lily’s day is filled with long naps, affectionate greetings to customers, and a special treat every afternoon. Her favorite? A lick mat slathered with goodies that keeps her occupied and content for close to an hour.
